 Shipping Option

Frozen Ground Shipping (2 to 4 business days)

We are currently available throughout all of California, Nevada, Oregon, and Arizona by standard ground shipping (2 to 4 business days).

We take great care and pride in packing your ice cream in a recyclable box and insulated lining (both of which are curbside recyclable) and packed with dry ice to keep your ice cream frozen during transit and upon delivery.

Shipping Area

At this time, we are available for shipping throughout California, Nevada, Oregon, and Arizona. We are constantly working to increase our shipping area, so please check our locations page for more information.

Because we believe in delivering a great ice cream experience, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Timing

For frozen ground shipping, orders are shipped Monday - Thursday, subject to holiday schedule. If your order is placed before 1 pm, your order will be packed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. If your order is received after 1 pm, your order will be packed and prepared for shipping within 2-3 business days. Delivery time is between 1 to 4 business days after your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping Costs

We’re keeping things simple.

For all frozen ground shipments, we apply a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.99.

For frozen ground shipping, you will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will also be included.

Return Policy

Please do not attempt to return ice cream back to us. We do not accept returns (sorry). If we make a mistake with your order or your ice cream order, we will be more than happy to correct it.  Please contact us at hello@craftbellydelights.com.
