Why is there a four (4) pack (16 single serve cups) minimum for each order?

Open tab

We want to share more goodness with you!
But, there's the reality of the costs of storing, transporting, and shipping our premium ice cream to you, which unfortunately is very expensive.
We require a minimum of four (4) packs per order to keep our business viable, so that we can continue to bring more amazing ice cream and flavors to you. Each pack contains four (4) single serve cups of a single flavor, so four (4) packs will contain sixteen (16) single serve cups.

Premium Ice Cream

Does your product contain artificial ingredients?

Open tab

Nope. Never. We only use all-natural ingredients.

Is your ice cream 'sugar-free' or 'no sugar added'?

Open tab

Our premium ice cream is not sugar-free because it contains sugars that are naturally present in the all-natural ingredients we use. So, our ice cream is classified as "no sugar added."
"No sugar added" means that no additional sugar is added to our ice cream. The only sugar in our ice cream is sugar that naturally occurs in our ingredients, such as sugars that is found in the real milk we use that comes from cows NOT treated with rBST. We also do not use jam, jelly, or concentrated fruit juice.

How is your ice cream so sweet without sugar?

Open tab

We use a proprietary blend of Non-GMO allulose and Non-GMO stevia. Both are naturally occuring sugars that are not metabolized by the body.

What is allulose?

Open tab

Allulose is a naturally occurring “rare sugar” that is found in small amounts in wheat, fruits (e.g., figs and raisins), and some other foods (e.g., molasses, maple syrup, and brown sugar). It has the same chemical formula as fructose, but is arranged differently. This difference in chemical structure prevents your body from processing allulose and is not metabolized by your body .

What is stevia?

Open tab

Stevia is a naturally occurring sweetener found in the Stevia rebaudiana plant. Stevia provides sugar-like sweetness without the calories.

Your ice cream contains fiber?

Open tab

It sure does. Our ice cream contains organic inulin, which is a prebiotic fiber. Inulin is derived from a variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs, such as artichokes and chicory roots. Inulin is not digested or absorbed in the stomach. Inulin supports helpful bacteria growth in your digestive tract.

Your ice cream contains protein?

Open tab

Yep. We use milk protein concentrate, which is a high protein spray dried powder made from skim milk, consisting mostly of the protein casein found in milk.

How long should I wait to enjoy your ice cream out of the freezer?

Open tab

The best temperature to eat ice cream is around 5 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. We're assuming your freezer is set between -10 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Our ice cream is real ice cream, so you could eat it right out of your freezer. But, if you wait about 5 minutes, it'll reach the optimal ice cream enjoying temperature.

I just got my ice cream delivered, how long should I wait to dig in?

Open tab

Our ice cream is packed frozen, transported frozen, and delivered frozen. Ideally, our ice cream (like all premium ice cream) is best enjoyed between 5 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. So, it's best if you leave it in your freezer to come up to temperature (around -10 degrees Fahrenheit) and then let it sit for a few minutes out of the freezer. A little patience goes a long way :)

Delivery

What can I expect from frozen ground shipping?

Open tab

We take great care and pride in packing your ice cream. Your ice cream will be snuggled in a recyclable box and insulated lining (both of which are curbside recyclable) and packed with dry ice to keep your ice cream frozen during transit and upon delivery. We always put in more dry ice than needed because we want to make sure your CraftBelly Delights treats stay frosty until they get to you.

Sometimes, even with the utmost care and preparation, snags can happen during delivery. If you ever receive your ice cream and it is melted, please contact us at hello@craftbellydelights.com, and we will correct it.

Do you accept returns?

Open tab

We do not accept returns (sorry). Please do not attempt to return ice cream back to us. If we make a mistake with your order or your ice cream order, we will be more than happy to correct it. Please contact us at hello@craftbellydelights.com.
