This was so good!
I had a scoop of vanilla and coffee flavored CraftbellyDelights ice cream and drizzled it with traditional and strawberry balsamic vinegar.
You gotta have some good balsamic though and I had some really good balsamic from Wildgroves in my kitchen. If you guys are worried about carbs in the balsamic itâs about 2.7 per tbsp I didnât even use 1/2 a tbsp for this. It was just a drizzle. Iâm not even worried about. I use balsamic all the time, but only the good stuff. Check out Wildgroves for some delicious #EVOO and vinegars.
CraftbellyDelights ice creams are keto friendly and delicious. Theyâre super creamy and was perfect for this yummy dessert.

Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar and Vanilia Vanilla Ice Cream
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- CraftBelly Delights Vanilia Vanilla ice cream (1 serving)
- Craftbelly Delights Cattoddian Coffee ice cream (1 serving)
- Balsamic vinegar
- Strawberry balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Drizzle less than 1/2 a tbsp of balsamic vinegar and strawberry balsamic vinegar on the ice cream.
