Keto Taiyaki 🎏 with Azuki, Black Sesame, and Green Tea flavored Ice Cream

By  keto.risa
Happy Friday! I made one of my favorite Japanese childhood treats yesterday called Taiyaki. I bought a taiyaki griddle long time ago and I finally used it 🙌🏻 Made some soy “azuki beans” with brown sugar Swervesweetie and granulated monk fruit sweetener (1/2 cup each for 1 can of soy bean) for the filling and the batter, I just used Nushfoods pancake mix to make it easy 👌🏻
I’m loving that I can add different flavors to my vanilla CraftBelly Delights keto ice cream. Here, I made azuki, black sesame and green tea flavors and they were all so delicious!!!
